SS 316/316L/316Ti Round Bars/Rods are made with a chemical composition like carbon, nickel, copper, chromium, titanium, iron, and manganese. These rods and bars are designed with both physical and mechanical properties like density, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, modulus of expansion, and electrical expansion.
The SS 316/ 316L/316H Round Bars grade is an austenitic steel grade with excellent forming and welding attributes. This grade is the second most commonly used SS more than 20 % of production globally. Molybdenum is the key element that differentiates it from other steel grades. Around 2% to 3% composition makes it more resistive to general and pitting corrosion. Round Bars are made up from malleable and ductile materials have good weldability. Its austenitic structure allows withstanding at reducing environments.
SS 316 Round Barsis an Austenitic Stainless Steel Containing Molybdenum Which is More Corrosion Resistant than the Conventional 304 / 304L Stainless Steel.
