SS 420 is a martensitic and hardness stainless steel that is avariation of alloy 410.Even though that it is imaginable due to itscongealed properties, it is not welded regularly. 420 Stainless steel shim has a carbon content that is a bit higher than regular stainless steel. It is fabricated using hardening and tempering methods.
