The Zeron 100 Sheets/Plates are known for their improved stress corrosion cracking resistance, high strength, good weldability, and work hardenability. The microstructure of the zeron 100 is the result of good chemical composition. This yields the properties of both ferrite and austenite to the Sheets & Plates. Both the structure results in excellent chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance.
Not only this, they are resistance to crevice corrosion and enhanced pitting. Other conventional super duplex alloys are having weak resistance properties than this alloy.
